After gardening and before under my gloves l apply a generous amount and absorb nicely. Also you can use all over elbows feet etc. All of these have a glowing effect on your skin. Wonderful natural product. No junk
I put this on in the shower. Legs arms etc then just lightly pat dry. Excellent moisture without being heavy. I take my shower at night for a better nights sleep. Then I follow up with the Luan Dreams magnesium cream on the feet and calves and then peace out.
This is the best moisturizer I have found. I am 65 and my skin a quite bit dry at this age has been a battle. This moisturizer has renewed my skin to what it used to feel like.
