I put this on in the shower. Legs arms etc then just lightly pat dry. Excellent moisture without being heavy. I take my shower at night for a better nights sleep. Then I follow up with the Luan Dreams magnesium cream on the feet and calves and then peace out.

This is the best moisturizer I have found. I am 65 and my skin a quite bit dry at this age has been a battle. This moisturizer has renewed my skin to what it used to feel like. I have received several comments that my skin is glowing. They are asking did you do something or what are you using? I put it on every night after I wash my face and simply rinse my face in the morning. Love it

I use it mostly at bedtime for sleep. I recently had my knee replaced and my doctor was fine with me using it. I now have more health issues and that doctor also approved my using it for inflammation. All the health professionals I’ve talked with approve it. Love it
