Refund policy

All sales are final. Once an order is shipped, a refund can no longer be issued if the products arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Hailey within 3 days of arrival and a replacement will be issued. Please take a photo of the product and the packaging as proof to USPS for reimbursement.
