I can't express how much of a game changer this has been for myself and my husband. We are active people and would wake up to leg cramps every morning without fail. We had tried Magnesium supplements but didn't notice too much of a difference- my husband is also not great at remembering to take pills every day, so he was still suffering even more than I was. We received a free sample of this with our purchase last Fall and didn't think much of it. Weeks later my husband had the idea to use it one morning after waking up to a cramp that would not let up and within one minute of applying it to his calf his muscle relaxed and stop seizing.
