The owner and maker of Zen Zalea Botanicals, Hailey Glatz, has a background in Skincare, Aromatherapy, Restaurant Management & Food Service. Raised by Esthetician & Salon-Owner parents, she was born into the world of Skincare. At the age of 16 Hailey attended Cosmo Beauty Academy in Cosmetology with 1600 hours of training. In 2011 she took an in-person course in Sacramento on formulating skincare, which was the catalyst of where we began. By the end of the same year, Hailey's Handmade Bath Co. was born, and she was offering her handmade goods at several local shops and salons. Fourteen years later, not only we have evolved into Zen Zalea Botanicals, but we also hold the same principals and always seek to provide gentle, luxurious items without unnecessary harsh additives commonly used by mass producers. Our key focuses are sustainability, inclusivity, and breaking the cycle of toxic chemical use. Our products are hand-crafted by Hailey Glatz in small batches using non-toxic, quality ingredients & eco-friendly materials- designed to be as kind to you as they are to the planet. Free from phthalates, carcinogens, endocrine disruptors & harmful chemicals, bringing you worry-free, self-care magic without compromise.

The name Zen Zalea is derived from the family names 'Zen' & 'Azalea'.
